Pre-bent Bendywood handrails in lengths up to 12.0 m

The pictures show spiral staircases, for which the handrails were pre-bent on flat templates
and then packaged together with the template in a cardboard box for shipping.

The rising bend was made directly on the stair railing, as shown in the following video:

How is that possible?
Bendywood® is compressed in length, it remains flexible and therefore does not need to be pre-bent exactly.
That is the reason why handrails of a spiral staircase with a diameter of 240 cm can be pre-bent on a template
with a diameter of 200 cm and why they can be further bent during installation on the railing.
